Policies:
All phones work and download ringtones differently.  We do not provide support for phones
however upon request we can provide direction for downloading, saving and extracting our zipped (compressed) file of mp3's. 
Due to the nature of Cd's and mp3's being a recordable media we, the same as all media stores, do not offer refunds only replacement if it is damaged in shipping when applicable.
