We have designed a brand new guided meditation CD with the busy man or woman in mind. The visualization meditations can be done in as little as 15 minutes a day. Guided meditation Cd's can leave you feeling more relaxed and calm and also more in tune with your Self and Spirit. This very simple breathing exercise will help you to calm your body and your mind. It is intended to be used as a beginning exercise for all of the meditations on the CD, but can also serve as a stand alone technique for a quick relaxation during a hectic day.

Track 3. Herbal Garden

Is a healing meditation structured to gently guide your awareness through the process of relaxation, induce a higher state of consciousness, and guide you to the herbs, fruits, flowers and vegetables that your body needs and desires to maintain and enhance its current state of health.

Track 4 Crystal Garden

Is the second healing meditation. It is structured to induce a higher state of consciousness, and guide you to the crystals that your body needs and desires to maintain and enhance its current state of health

Track 5 Joining Mother Earth

This is a messages meditation and is structured to gently guide your awareness through the process of relaxation, induce a higher state of consciousness, and guide you to messages and insights that are in your Highest Good to know right now.

Track 6 Bird in Flight

Is a messages meditation structured to guide you to messages and insights that are in your highest good to know right now. This meditation works best when lying down, but can be used in any position that is comfortable for you.

Track 7 Tree in Winter

Is a meditation for release. It will induce a higher state of consciousness, and allow you to release all that no longer serves you and that which is in your highest good to move beyond.
